Must have previous experience in similar role, stock handling and working to a high standard in a demanding environment. Ability to work unsupervised, be a team player and customer focused
Key Responsibilities: Adhere to prescribed standards and maintain workload sufficient to efficiently run kitchen operations avoiding interruption to service. Strict adherence to Food Hygiene Regulations regarding deliveries, food storage, stock rotation, temperature recording. Ensure that food items are handled, cooked and served correctly.
