Shared Lives Provider

Transform Residential Limited run a shared Lives Scheme in Sheffield. Shared Lives Providers are required to provide a residential placement within their own homes. Transform Residential Limited work with Freeman College (Ruskin Mill Educational Trust) to provide residential care for the students. The students have learning disabilities and developmental delay and are between 16 and 25. Freeman College and Transform Residential Limited provide a holistic, and practical therapeutic education.

Hours: Predominantly outside College hours of 9am until 4pm
