About Us

Founded in 1998 The Employers Forum has vast experience of working within our community delivering high quality and responsive employability programmes relevant to the needs and aspirations of learners and job seekers as well as the needs of employers. Delivering employability programmes that build supported pathways to employment for those who face significant barriers by building their skills, confidence, self-esteem, and employment history, and importantly, linking them directly to employment via our network of employer partners with whom we have built a strong reputation with over the years. We work with employers and individuals to provide sustainable jobs for everyone.

We work with people from all different backgrounds and walks of life. Our staff specialise in the unique needs of people with disadvantages such as those who are, economically inactive, long term unemployed, at risk youth, people with mental illness, homeless, individuals from diverse and under-represented communities.

Job seekers are provided with a flexible, face-to-face relationship with a dedicated Employers Forum advisor who can offer support with CV writing, interview preparation and access to accredited training. Our bespoke one-to-one programmes and group development sessions mean everyone is given the opportunity to find a career in a way which is as unique as the individual.

Our tailored service removes significant barriers to work and enables us to link the hardest to reach individuals with employers.
