The Employers Forum is a non-profit organisation based in Sheffield and across South Yorkshire, comprised of many small independent businesses and local branches of large companies, providing business development support and networking opportunities to all members. We also work with local community organisations such as Sheffield City Council and Jobcentre Plus on initiatives to help local people.

The Employers Forum is also a training provider, offering apprenticeship frameworks and standards covering a wide range of programmes and other training services to employers.
